Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package, or you may prefer to send the package back yourself. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As the buyer, you bear the cost of return shipping unless the item you receive is incorrect or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care and hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g., IPL hair removal devices, epilators, electric razors, beauty devices, beauty and skincare products). These hygiene-sensitive items can only be returned if they remain sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to hygiene-sensitive goods, such as IPL hair removal devices, epilators, electric razors, beauty devices, and personal care products, once opened or used. Items eligible for return under this period must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with labels, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. Items will not be refunded if they were used or damaged by the buyer, or if they are hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
