International Shipping:

  • Yes, we do ship internationally.
  • Taxes and custom duties charged during checkout. No additional fees upon delivery.

  • 1-year limited warranty for all devices from the purchase date.
  • Coverage against manufacturer's defects. Defective items will be replaced free within warranty period.
  • Warranty claims processed after receiving returned items.
  • Warranty exclusions: Accident, misuse, unauthorized use, incorrect voltage connection, unauthorized repairs, etc.
  • Valid only with original proof of purchase from authorized sellers.
  • Devices must be used with authorized accessories (e.g., charging cable).
  • All implied warranties limited to one year from purchase.

Return Policy:

  • Return items must be in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of return request confirmation.
  • Pre-paid return labels provided for UK and EU orders/locations only.
  • For refunds: Include product, original packaging, and accessories. Ensure items are in good condition.
  • Deductions made for missing, dirty, or damaged components.
  • Processing time: Up to 10 business days after receiving the return.
  • Only for products sold on Refunds appear within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as "final sale" are not returnable or refundable.
  • For third-party purchases, contact the authorized retailer or reseller.
  • International returns: No return for orders with unpaid customs. No free return labels. Return shipping fees aren't covered.
